Designations 

I have earned one of the most prestigious real estate designations available-CRS. The Certified Residential Specialist is a combination of production numbers that are verified by a broker along with education. You have to sell a lot of homes in order to be considered. An Agent must also complete classwork and additional education that takes a large time commitment. Less than 38,000 REALTORS hold the CRS designation. With over 1 million members in the National Association of Realtors, a CRS is a rare Agent. 

I am also hold the designation of GRI. GRI stands for the Graduate Realtor Institute. This is a series of classes to further your knowledge of real estate. They range from understanding the complexity of financing to a thorough knowledge of all aspects of a real estate transaction. An exam is held after each course and it must be passed to obtain credit.

The ART of Real Estate 

The ART of Real Estate is part of my dream job and life goals. I started working for The Rockefeller Family just after I finished my undergraduate degree. It was a great job and I learned so much about art and people. My next was selling real estate for Sotheby's International Realty in New York City. It was a fabulous experience. 

My children, Sanford (24) and Emily (21) were born a few years after I started working for Sotheby's. I stopped working to stay home for many years.  

I went back to work in the Hudson Valley of New York for Re/MAX Benchmark Realty after numerous friends prompted me to help them with the purchase and sale of their homes. I have a true passion for real estate and absolutely love helping my friends and clients with their real estate needs. 

I am a Los Angeles native. My family has lived in California since the 1850's. My Grandfather was a developer near Silver Lake/Los Feliz. My brother works in the industry, also in Beverly Hills. My current home is in Sherman Oaks.  

Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Beverly Hills are the main areas I work.  

I can help with your real estate needs in other areas - just ask. If you need help in an area I would not be able to offer you my high standards, I guarantee that I will refer you to an Agent who can.
